While out for my stroll, I stumbled across the dwelling of some fantastical beings I previously thought were only found in Old Norse Mythology and popularized by J.R.R. Tolkien. It seems there is a tribe of elves thriving in the suburbs! These followers of Eru Ilúvatar have labeled their humble homestead, here upon the Shire.
The concept of elves is not compatible with Christianity, except for lore of Christmas elves. With an origin in European folklore, elves may be more accurately compared to demons. I’ll just let them be.
